who do i contact? The Lower Prospect Canal Reserve stretches from Reconciliation Road (Prospect Highway), Pemulwuy in the west to Albert Street Guildford in the east. The adjoining walkway/cycleways that continue east to the railway line at Guildford and west to Prospect Reservoir are the responsibility of Sydney Water (13 20 92) and/or the RMS (13 22 13). |

One of the most effective and easy ways to report other issues is to use the Snap Send Solve phone app.
The app will allow you to take photos of the problem, it will then identify the exact location by latitude and longtitude and then send the report straight to Council.
Council have set timeframes to respond to Snap Send Solve reports. We have found this to be a very effective way of addressing issues. If you don't have access to the app the following numbers can be used to report issues. |
